Slovenska kuhinja je znana po svoji raznolikosti in bogati zgodovini. Tradicionalne jedi so pomemben del slovenske kulturne dediščine in še danes so priljubljene med domačini in turisti. V tej objavi bom predstavila nekaj najbolj znanih tradicionalnih slovenskih jedi.
Ena najbolj prepoznavnih slovenskih jedi je idrijski žlikrofi. To so majhni testeninski žepki, polnjeni z dušenimi krompirjem, čebulo in prekajeno slanino. Žlikrofi se običajno postrežejo s prepraženo čebulo in slanino ter potresemo s peteršiljem.
